| Welcome to our “Awesome Learning Classroom.” My name is Janet Chan. Fourth grade will be a magical time for students as they develop the fundamentals skills in all curricular areas that will empower them on their educational journey. The year will be engaging, challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable. I will foster a positive classroom environment that promotes good citizenship and problem solving skills. I am so happy and excited to be part of your child’s educational and social development. Professionally, I have been an educator at Caroldale for 20 years. My background includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Teaching both from UC Irvine. I feel so lucky to be part of the wonderful group of educators that is the Caroldale Learning Community staff. I am also grateful to have chosen a profession I enjoy so much and look forward to an exciting time in Room 32 where we will be learning and growing as academic scholars |
